Return and Refund Policy

At Nesso, we are dedicated to supporting your holistic wellness journey. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, whether you are sipping our wellness teas or practicing in The Studio.
1. Physical Products (Nesso Essence)
Because we deal in premium consumables and personal lifestyle items, our return policy varies by product category:
Consumables (Teas, Chocolates, Honey): For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.
Lifestyle Essentials (Yoga Mats, Bottles, Accessories): We accept returns on unused lifestyle items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Fees: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. Nesso will only cover return shipping costs if the item originally arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Return: To initiate a return, please email info@nessoessence.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Digital Services (Nesso Yogi / The Studio)
Subscriptions: Nesso Studio memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation will prevent future billing, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds for Digital Services: We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the content, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the exact same item, please contact our support team.
5. Governing Law
These policies and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia.
