1. Physical Products (Nesso Essence) Because we deal in premium consumables and personal lifestyle items, our return policy varies by product category:

• Consumables (Teas, Chocolates, Honey): For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened consumable products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

• Lifestyle Essentials (Yoga Mats, Bottles, Accessories): We accept returns on unused lifestyle items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
